Hello, friends! Tomorrow, I will lock your Backerkit surveys.
This means two things:
- You will be charged for any add-ons you selected on Backerkit.
- You will be able to access your digital downloads!
This means you will be able to download your coloring book(s) to print, color, and enjoy at hone!
I cant wait to hear what you all think of volume 3. 😊
Timeline update:
My printer has informed me that the coloring hooks will be shipping to me on the 22nd. This is a little later than I was hoping for, and it means that the books and other goodies will not reach you until early to mid September. I apologize.
But that delivery day is so close I can almost reach out and boop it on the nose! Almost there!

Hello, friends! Time to check your email for the Backerkit survey I just sent out.
In this survey, I will collect your mailing address and/or get the info I need to send your digital rewards! You can also add on additional items that you may not have selected before.
If you can't find the email, remember that it's coming from a service called Backerkit, not Kickstarter. Please send me a message if you can't find it. I can resend it manually. 😊
The only people who won't receive the survey are those who chose to donate to the campaign for no reward.
The sooner I have your survey, the sooner I can send your digital rewards, and the less stressed I'll feel as the printing of the books nears completion. We're so close, y'all!
The last bit of news is that I've set up a temporary preorder store (also through Backerkit), so if you had friends who wanted the book but missed the campaign, they can get the book, pins, and stickers now!

The first few Backerkit surveys have been sent! 5% of you will get an email asking you to complete the survey today, giving us a chance to make sure I actually made the surveys correctly before I send out the rest in a couple days.
I'll make an update when the rest of the surveys go out. Please answer them in a timely manner so I can have your mailing addresses when needed and so you can get your digital rewards! :)
The Animal Magica Volume 3 books are in preproduction. I made a couple corrections after the last proof, and I think it's just about perfect now. I'm so excited for this book to become real!

The files for Animal Magica volume 3 are done and ready to go to the printer! I had no idea this project would take so long, so getting to this point feels extra good!
Next steps:
I will get the Backerkit surveys ready to go so I can collect your addresses and deliver the digital files to you. I hope this won't take too long since it won't be my first time setting up with Backerkit.
The book printing will begin, and I will also finish printing the stickers and art prints.
I hope to be ready to start fulfilling orders in late July or early August.
Thank you for sticking with me through this enormous project. I'm so in love with how the book is turning out. I think you will love it too.

Sorry I've been so quiet for months and months. Time for a long-overdue update!
Firstly, the books should be completed and on their way to you by August, which was my goal, so yay! I definitely wanted them done sooner, but I'm honestly pretty proud of the progress I've been able to make with so much going on. 🙂😬😅
My baby is now seven months old. As she gains small (very small) amounts of independence, I am able to spend more time on art. I'm now nearly done with all the bonus pages that we added to the book as stretch goals!
I've started the process of printing all the art and marking it up with a red pen. I'm being pretty nitpicky about details and minor tweaks/improvements at this point, but I want to edit the art to make it the absolute best it can be.
I can't wait for you all to see this book!
Here's where we currently stand:
Stories: 99.9% done
Art: 92% done
Cover/front matter/back matter: 30% done
Merch: 97% done
We're so close!
